Why it matters

A birth chart is a map of the sky when you were born: the Sun, the Moon, the planets and the aspects between them — and, with a birth time, the twelve houses.
Kept where you can see it, it becomes a personal reference — a way to reflect on the patterns and themes in your chart at your own pace, and to come back to them as life moves on.

How accurate is this print?
Real astronomy. We calculate where the Sun, the Moon and the planets stood for the date and place you enter, and the aspects between them — and, when you give a birth time, the Rising sign and houses. Your name, the date, the place and the coordinates — and the time, when you know it — are printed at the foot of the chart, so you can check them.
What if I don't know my exact birth time?
Switch on “I don't know the exact time”. We cast your chart for 12:00 noon that day. The Rising sign and houses are left out, and the Moon can be up to about 7° off — on a day when the Moon changes sign, the print shows its sign at 12:00 noon. Or email support@ionastral.com — we can help you find the time on your birth certificate.
How much does it cost?
Unframed prints are $89 (12×16″), $129 (18×24″) and $169 (24×32″). Framed in FSC-certified pine, oak-stained or matte black: $149, $189 and $239. Book One is included with every order. Prices are in USD. Sales tax, where it applies, is added at checkout.

Will I be signed up for anything?
No. This order is for your print and Book One. No subscription starts with this print purchase.
Can I cancel or change my details after ordering?
Only before it goes to print — and your order enters production shortly after you buy, so there is no fixed window. Email support@ionastral.com as soon as you can: if it has not gone to print yet, we will cancel it and refund you in full, or correct a birth detail or the delivery address. Once it has gone to print we can't stop it — but write to us anyway: if the mistake was ours, we'll arrange a replacement or another appropriate resolution, and if the details you entered were wrong, we can often reprint a corrected copy at cost.
What if it arrives damaged?
If it arrives damaged, defective or misprinted, if we sent the wrong item, if it is lost in transit, or if we made a mistake rendering your chart from the details you gave us, email support@ionastral.com with your order number and photos of the piece and its packaging. We'll arrange a replacement or another appropriate resolution — you never need to send anything back. Each print is made to order from the birth details you enter, so we don't take change-of-mind returns.
Can I order this as a gift?
Yes. Enter their birth details and ship it to them or to you. If you don't know their exact birth time, switch on “I don't know the exact time”: we cast the chart for 12:00 noon that day, and the Rising sign and houses are left out. Book One arrives in your inbox as a PDF, so you can hand it over however you like.
