Ion Astral is operated by CONSTELIA LLC, a limited liability company registered in Florida, United States, with its principal place of business in Miami, Florida.
These Terms govern your use of ionastral.com, your purchase of Ion Astral prints, and your use of the Astra app. By placing an order or using our services, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. What we make
Every Ion Astral print is made to order. Nothing is pre-printed: your piece is produced only after you order it, calculated from the birth data you enter — the date, time and place of birth — and printed in your own region.
Your chart is computed from real astronomical data. It is not selected from a set of templates, and no two orders with different birth data produce the same image.
2. The data you enter is yours to check
We show you your birth details for verification before your order is confirmed. Please read them carefully.
A chart calculated from the wrong birth time is still astronomically accurate — accurate to the data it was given. It simply will not be your chart. We cannot detect that for you, so the accuracy of what you enter is your responsibility.
If you spot a mistake, email support@ionastral.com straight away. What happens next depends on whether it has gone to print, and is set out in our returns policy.
3. Returns, refunds and delivery
These are covered in full by our returns policy and our shipping policy, which form part of these Terms.
We deliberately do not restate them here. If you ever find these Terms saying something different from those policies, the policies are the ones that apply, and we would like to know about it.
4. Prices and availability
Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice. A change never affects an order already placed.
We may limit quantities, decline an order, or discontinue a product. Where we decline or cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund it in full.
Colours vary between screens. We do everything we reasonably can to show the paper and the palettes faithfully, but we cannot guarantee that a colour on your monitor matches the printed piece exactly.
5. The Astra app and subscriptions
Astra is our companion app. Some orders include a period of Astra Premium; where they do, the length of that period is stated on the product page at the time of purchase.
- Included Premium periods are redeemed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. The period begins when you redeem it, not when you order.
- After any included period ends, the subscription renews automatically at the standard store price unless you cancel. You cancel in your Apple or Google account settings, not with us.
- Billing, renewals and cancellations for subscriptions bought through an app store are governed by that store's terms as well as these.
- If an order that included Astra Premium is refunded in full, the included Premium period ends when the refund is issued. Subscriptions you have paid for yourself are unaffected, and are refunded by Apple or Google, not by us.
6. What Ion Astral is, and is not
Ion Astral is for reflection and self-understanding. Astrology is not a science that predicts events, and nothing we produce should be treated as a forecast of what will happen to you.
Nothing from Ion Astral — a print, a reading, or anything Astra says — is medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. Do not use it in place of a qualified professional. If you are struggling with your mental health, please speak to a doctor or a crisis service in your country.
You must be 18 or over to buy from us.
7. What belongs to whom
The artwork, typography, calculation engine, software and site are owned by CONSTELIA LLC.
Your birth data remains yours. When you buy a print you get the physical piece and the right to use its image personally — hang it, photograph it, post it, give it away. You do not get the right to reproduce it commercially, resell it as a product, or use our artwork or engine to make something you sell.
You may not copy, scrape, resell or reverse-engineer any part of the service.
8. Limits
We provide the site and the app as they are. We do not promise they will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent the law allows, CONSTELIA LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Where we are liable, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.
Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
9. Your legal rights

These Terms are in addition to your statutory rights, not a replacement for them.
If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, in a Canadian province or territory, or in a US state whose law grants protections that cannot be waived by agreement, those protections apply regardless of anything written here.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida have jurisdiction.
If you are a consumer resident outside the United States, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer-law provisions of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in your local courts where the law gives you that right.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above.
