Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at Ion Astral. Here is everything you need to know about how we ship your orders.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-5 business days after payment confirmation. Custom Birth Chart Bracelets require additional production time of 5-7 business days as each piece is crafted specifically for you. You will receive an email confirmation when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

Standard Shipping: 5-8 business days — FREE on all orders
Express Shipping: 2-3 business days — $9.99

International Shipping

We currently ship to the United States only. International shipping will be available soon. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when we expand to your country.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order through the carrier's website or by visiting our order status page.

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to weather conditions, carrier issues, high order volume, or other circumstances beyond our control. Ion Astral is not responsible for shipping delays once the package has been handed to the carrier.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package appears lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@ionastral.com within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or send a replacement.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete at the time of purchase. Ion Astral is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes after an order has shipped may not be possible.

P.O. Boxes

We can ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS standard shipping only.
