Terms of Service

Ion Astral is operated by CONSTELIA LLC, a limited liability company registered in Florida, USA, with its principal place of business in Miami, FL. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ionastral.com, your purchase of Ion Astral prints, and your use of the Astra app. By placing an order or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Made-to-Order Purchases

Every Ion Astral print is made to order. Nothing is pre-printed: your piece is produced only after you place your order, calculated from the birth data you provide — date, time, and place of birth. Prints are produced in your region (US · Canada · UK) and typically ship within 5–10 business days.

Because each print is computed from your birth data, you are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter. We show you your data for verification before your order is confirmed. Please review it carefully — a chart calculated from incorrect birth data is astronomically accurate to the data given, but it will not be your chart. If you notice an error after ordering, contact support@ionastral.com as soon as possible; once production has begun, we cannot guarantee changes can be made.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as configured, contact our Support team with your order number and photos of the item and its packaging; we will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or resolution. Prints are made to order and personalized, so we do not accept change-of-mind returns, though any non-waivable statutory rights still apply. The Astra App

Every print unlocks a year of Astra. Your print includes a QR code that unlocks Astra Premium in the Astra app, coming soon to the App Store.

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Astra for your own use, subject to these Terms. You may not resell, redistribute, reverse-engineer, or use the app or its content to build a competing product or dataset.

Astra's readings — including daily transits, multi-system chart calculations, conversational readings anchored to your chart, and synastry — are provided for reflection and entertainment. They are grounded in real astronomical data, but they are not, and should never be treated as, medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice. Decisions about your health, money, relationships, or legal matters belong with you and, where appropriate, a qualified professional.

Subscriptions

The year of Astra Premium included with your print is activated via the QR code on the print itself. After the included year, Astra Premium continues as a paid subscription processed by Apple through your App Store account. Billing, renewal, and cancellation are managed entirely through your App Store settings; you can cancel at any time before a renewal date to avoid the next charge. Refunds for subscription payments, including any prorated amounts, are governed by Apple's policies, not ours — we are unable to issue refunds for payments processed by Apple.

Intellectual Property

All designs, artwork, typography, chart-rendering systems, software, and content on ionastral.com and in the Astra app — together with the Ion Astral name and marks — are the property of CONSTELIA LLC or its licensors. Purchasing a print gives you ownership of that physical piece; it does not transfer any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights, and it does not permit commercial reproduction of the design.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CONSTELIA LLC's total liability arising from or related to your purchase or use of our services is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses arising from decisions made in reliance on astrological content. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and nothing affects any non-waivable consumer rights you hold in your country of residence.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, except where applicable consumer law grants you the right to proceed in your local jurisdiction.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
